This isn't an HTTP URL, but a Z39.50 address.  If you're running a
firewall, make sure that you can make an outbound connection to port
210 on the server z3950.indexdata.com.

If this is the only error, it would likely be safe to force instasll
Net::Z3950::ZOOM.
