[Koha] New site, problems with manuals

Eric,

The ability to edit the manual is being looked into - I very very very
much want you all to be able to make edits and improve the
documentation. I have been out of the office most of this month
training and teaching and talking - and just plain exhausting myself,
so I haven't been able to participate in the troubleshooting as much
as I've wanted to.

I'm sorry for the delay :(
