[Koha] upgrade koha from 2.8 to 3.0

Hi to all
I need help i had installed koha 3.00 on ubuntu but when update koha data from koha 2.2
with command :
update22to30.pl
not update and the error is :
Can't locate C4/Context.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at updatedatabase.pl line 24.
