[Koha] Anyone using tag clouds?

That's true, but could be worked around easily enough. As long as the list
of tags was sent to the bib addition script along with the new record, the
script could add the tags once the bib is created.

This would mean that the tag-adding tool would have to be baked into the
main interface, rather than a plugin, but it's still feasible.
