[Koha] koha 3 on ubuntu 8.10

hi friends ,

              good evening now i am installing koha3 on ubuntu8.10 , it
shows that following perl modules not found,

[Tue Mar 31 11:47:00 2009] Makefile.PL: could not find* ParserDetails.ini *in
/usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0/XML/SAX
[Tue Mar 31 11:47:00 2009] Makefile.PL: Warning: prerequisite
MARC::File::XML 0.88 not found.
[Tue Mar 31 11:47:03 2009] Makefile.PL: Warning: prerequisite XML::LibXML
1.59 not found.
[Tue Mar 31 11:47:03 2009] Makefile.PL: Warning: prerequisite XML::LibXSLT
1.59 not found.


 i have tried to install through CPAN , WEBMIN .but it shows that

*cpan[1]> force install  XML::LibXML*
CPAN: Storable loaded ok (v2.18)
Going to read /root/.cpan/Metadata
  Database was generated on Mon, 30 Mar 2009 07:29:49 GMT
CPAN: YAML loaded ok (v0.68)
Going to read /root/.cpan/build/

  Make had some problems, won't test

what shall i do please help me friends
