[Koha] Cataloguing articles within serials

Does this mean I would first catalogue the serial as an item, then I would
catalogue each article separately, as an additional item in our catalogue,
and reference the serial using 773?  So, a serial with 10 articles would
result in 11 items in the ILS, both with subject and keywords?

This way when a patron searches, both the serial and the specific article
within that serial edition would be found?  The patron would then have to
figure out that the two are connected.
