[Koha] Check on how MaxFine works?

I've just been talking to Joe on the IRC -- the syspref is named MaxFine, but the CalcFine function in C4/Overdues.pm uses a different case:

$amount = C4::Context->preference('maxFine') if(C4::Context->preference('maxFine') && ( $amount > C4::Context->preference('maxFine')));

I've changed that to MaxFine and will see if that makes a difference.  Right now the system has been ignoring the setting.
