[Koha] Acquisitions home in 3.00.01

Nothing before those two lines.

I commented out the "GetBookFunds" section of the pl and it loaded fine
so something must be choking the page at that point. (I can get to the
Funds/Budgets page fine in the Administrator section.) I'm going to look
through the pm files and see what's been changed from my version before
the upgrade.

That's worrying.  Are there any relevant lines about client
172.25.70.108 immediately before the Timeout error?  Can you run top
or another process monitor, and netstat or another connection monitor,
and see if mysql is contacted OK?

I'm clutching at straws a bit, though.
