[Koha] Problems intalling Koha 3.0.1 stable on Ubuntu Desktop 8.04

Hi

  First, I found this link useful
http://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2001/004578.html for error about
't/Circulation_barcodedecode....DBD::mysql::db selectrow_array failed: Table
'koha.systempreferences' doesn't exist'
  Anyway, I still can not get 'make test'. I got this problem:
