[Koha] Zebra and Italian records

If you use MARC21 setup, the best choose is en.
If you use Unimarc i still suggest en but you need to tune the configuration.

In fact the Opac is tuned for indexes from the MARC21 setup
To tune them for an italian Unimarc installation you need to check 
the situation with attention.

I think that the fr is correct only if you do ALL setup in french.

The only two file strictly connect with the languages are:
zebradb/lang_defs/fr/sort-string-utf.chr
zebradb/lang_defs/en/sort-string-utf.chr
