[Koha] Circulation and fine Rules problem

Dear Koha users,

 I just upgraded from 3.01 to 3.02.

After upgrading I found a new field “Fine Days” in Circulation and fine
Rules section.

Whats the purpose of this field?

 Another problem is that, not able to save a new fine rule.

It does not save the new fine rule when clicking on Add button after
entering values in all fields.

 I request your urgent attention to this problem.
