[Koha] acquisitions and end of budget year

To All:

 

I am using Koha 3.00107.  I am only using Acquisitions.  I did not step
up this system and have no technical support and I am not a techie.

 

I am trying to enter my budget information for the current fiscal year.
I need an explanation and a solution to a current problem.

 

I have entered the new year's budget dates and amounts.  These appear to
have taken.  On the main acquisitions screen the expenditures from last
year's budget are also appearing.  See below

Can any one explain why this is happening?   What do I need to do to get
rid of these numbers and have them appear as 0.00 amounts?

 

The manual does not give any procedures for changing fiscal years so I
do not know if I missed a step and things are not a simple as they seem.
