There is no online payment component included in Koha. It is assumed
that payments are handled in person.

Items from a cart cannot be passed to the staff client for checkout,
but the patron can place a hold on the items in their cart. Koha
assumes that items must physically be pulled from the shelf before
they can be checked out.
