[Koha] Item types : formats, collections or what?

oops - sorry my example was too sketchy and I missed some out: F = 
Fiction, N =  Nonfiction (if you hadn't guessed that much) - condensing 
down an A4 into a paragraph a wee bit tricky .. :)
