[Koha] Unable to search added MARC/record

dear all ,
                     i having a peculiar error with SIP2.when trying to
login through SIP the server gets disconnected immediately after a sucessful
login.the Syslogd says

Jan 19 09:05:44 boss acs-server[19989]:
Sip::Configuration::Service=HASH(0x9582a24): Loading ILS implementation
'ILS' for institution 'CCL' failed

Please help me to resolve the same.
