[Koha] Remote access to web interface

IPCOP was the problem. I suspected something was wrong when couldn't
ssh into it and it wouldn't update entries I made on the web
interface.
Rebooted IPCOP. Now everything is working.

And I found a quick fix for the name to ip problem.
I made an entry in the hosts file of IPCOP and now I can type library
into any browser in the school and the koha page comes up.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
