[Koha] Problem Installing CPAN

When i am trying to install CPAN i am being structed at 

Select your continent (or several nearby continents) [] 
Sorry! since you don't have any existing picks, you must make a
geographic selection.

Here what ever the value i am giving the same is apperaing again. So i am not able to Complete the CPAN Installation.

I have only in one place a error was shown before comming to the above point.

Warning: ncftpget not found in PATH
Where is your ncftpget program? []
Warning: ncftp not found in PATH
Where is your ncftp program? []

Please, help me in this.  My OS is Redhat 5.0 Linux
