[Koha] Advance search limit problem (with nozebra) - pls help with info and answers

Hello all,

I am still trying to get advance search to work in my koha
3.0 installation with nozebra.

I have tried modifying the nozebra index system preferences
without any luck. I used itype = 942c, 952y itemtype = 942c,
952y. i also tried putting mc-itype and mc-itemtype (based
on the output i get in opac when i do limit to books search)
but again no luck. i've toggled item-level_itype in
system preferences. 

i saw a bug for this in bugzilla
(http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2599)
but i cant find any solution to this problem.

Now i have the following questions

1. Does limit search work with koha 3.0 with nozebra on?
2. Can someone tell me where the file created by running
rebuild_nozebra.pl is on the system? i wish to confirm if
952y or 942c is being indexed.
3. i changed some marc to marc mapping. do i need to run
rebuildnonmarc.pl? can this affect the search result?
4. If i modify the keyword drop down on the adv. search and
put something like itemtype and then put bk (my code for
books itemtype) will this work? The keyword box searches
works very well!
5. is there anyone who has this working (adv. search with
nozebra on and itemtype limit)
