[Koha] problem in migrate data from Access(LIMS) to Koha

Doug,

Thanx for ur answer, its same error which we are facing in
uploading. Now I have download Mark:Charset-0.92., but how I install it
in Koha?. I can't search out about its installation process, I try it
but I can't do this.
