[Koha] koha customization

hi friends ,

                        i have install koha 3 on ubuntu8.10 now i am doing
customization in that while adding vendors the following error has occurred
*Koha error
 The following fatal error has occurred:
Undefined subroutine &main::AddBookseller called at
/usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/acqui/updatesupplier.pl line 92.
 Apache Server version: Apache/2.2.9 (Ubuntu) Server built: Sep 19 2008

what shall i do for this ,can any one help me
