[Koha] Multiple koha administrators for single koha for multiple libraries

Dear All,

I am facing a problem that I install  a koha server, the problem is how i
can use koha for 4 schools on one server, the koha administrators
(username/password) must be different for all 4 libraries, but student can
search for book in four libraries and can place hold for book for any
library.
