[Koha] installing koha 3.0 on ubuntu

I am using the blamzingmoom guides here, http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=koha_3_install_guide_ubuntu_hardy
 
and I got stuck at this step:

Does anybody know how to get pas this?
