[Koha] Invalid Login on SIP2 Server... why?

Now,

i have setting permission of circulation on my account but when i try to
login server reply:

check_api_auth returns ok
Telnet Login Timed out at ./SIPServer.pm line 234, <STDIN> chunk 2.

why?
