[Koha] Invalid Login on SIP2 Server... why?

MHmhmh after the login i send this msg 
2300120080623    172148AOIpsa|AA23820002060444|ACsipterm1|ADbadpassword|\r\n

but server reply: Connection closed by foreign host.

on server screen i recived this msg: "Can't call method "check_inst_id" on
an undefined value at /Sip/MsgType.pm line 483."

what is the problem? on google i have not found anything
