[Koha] KohaCon 2009 - information about the conference and Registration

There will be blogging going on, but we are not planning to have much if any OnlineWeb sessions...  this is our first time for a "Conference" in the US so we don't know what to expect and are encouraging people to attend and get to know each other...  more face to face.
