[Koha] re set database to allow web installer to be rerun

I have just finished installing 3.0.0 on Ubuntu 8.04.2, thanks to the tute at
www.blazingmoon.org.

At one screen in the web installer I was offered the chance to install some
sample data. I didn't take it up. Now I would like to run the web installer
again. Is it sufficient to drop the database so that it will start from the
beginning?
