[Koha] Scanning Barcodes

Is it possible if you send me a page of .pdf label batch or just a barcode generated by Koha on your end that works with the scanner? I will try to print it and scan it here, that way I can find out if it is the scanner config.

I have tried the setup suggested on wiki page and no luck.

Thanks Chris.

We use the same scanner. Code 39 barcodes are printed from Koha on a
Ricoh Aficio AP400N. They scan without issue so I'm not sure what the
problem might be with your setup.

There is a wiki page I wrote some time back
(http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:documentation:barcode_scanners:ms9590_voyagergs)
but I'm not sure it says anything you've not already tried.

Kind Regards,
Chris
