[Koha] make test fails on Bookfund and Boolean

Those test fails can be ignored.
It was actually the tests that were wrong. I have sent patches to fix
the tests so once they are applied make test will work again and only
show actual failures.

(3.0.x runs a clean make test, ... master is still waiting for the
patches to be applied)
