First, you can have the same location for home and holding branch.  In
your library you will never need to have different location codes.  In
multi-branch systems the home branch is the branch that owns the item
and the holding branch is where the book is now.

As for your location code, you want to set this up Admin > Libraries,
branches and groups Whatever you use for the Code for your library
there is the code you should enter in your $a and $b fields.
