[Koha] Wide character in null operation after Z3950 import

MARC records are sometimes encoded in marc8 not utf8, if this is the
case for the record you are retrieving it can cause an issue like
this.
When setting up you z3950 server in Koha you can choose the encoding.
Maybe try changing it to marc-8 and see if that fixes it
