[Koha] patron & serial tab not showing

Hi to all

I have installed koha 3.00.04 on ubuntu 8.04 successfully and all ok but when go to tab patron in systempreference and click on it did not appear the page and the page is empty and also when click on serials in tools thatalso same error i found the page empty 

please help me to solve this error
