[Koha] Fatal error occured when adding or editing item

Hi, 
I am using koha 3.04 the last version on Ubutun server. But when I try to add or edit new item the fatal error occured:


Can't call method "fields" on an undefined value at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Biblio.pm line 2019.

It looks like the bug 35 20 but it is not the same thing.

Please any help. I need it to go on.
