[Koha] More mystery with Diacritics

Okay, getting closer, but still no luck.
In the default word-phrase-utf.chr file the mappings we need to get the Spanish diacritics to work are there. The equivalents are not there. For example:
equivalent Ń
is not defined. When I try to add it in I get all sorts of error messages when I try to rebuild the zebra index.
If I can overcome the issue with the missing equivalents this may solve our problems.
Thanks,
John
