[Koha] koha-zebra-daemon problem

I am currently reinstalling Koha.

I have come to the part of Configuring and starting Zebra.
There are 2 options mentioned that can be done.
I chose the Option 2 for this.

However, it is not that easy to move on because:

when i enter the command,
update-rc.d koha-zebra-daemon defaults

it always returns,
... file does not exists.

why is that?
