[Koha] Displaying book covers or thumbnails on search result

You would have to modify the template and the script logic also.  I'm not
sure whether 856$a also would have other uses, in which case you would need
additional data and mapping (or at least a syspref) to turn this feature on
and off.  The number of image sources makes it difficult to manage adding on
new content sources, since you have to worry about the interaction with the
other possible images.  It would be easy to hack it in, but much harder to
do "right".
