[Koha] Paying fines with manual credit

We have some development under way that will allow partial payments
against an individual fine.  See

With luck we'll be able to submit it in the next couple of weeks.

Hello fellow Koha users

We have been looking for an easier way to pay fines especially partial
payment. Adding a manual credit for the amount seems to do the job. Has
anyone any experience with this, good or bad, that you could share? Are
we missing something that might bite us later?
