[Koha] backup 1.2.3 to koha 3

Hi to all

 

I need your help first i have backup data from koha 1.2.3 second i had installed koha 2.2.0 on ubuntu i need know how to restore backup data 1.2.3 to koha 2.2.0 third my backup name is koha.sql i need know how to view tabels and i cant,

please help me :

1 - backup 1.2.3 how to restore.

2 - koha.sql how to view tables.

3 - convert to koha 3.0.0
