So, it seems that it depends on what you mean by accession nymber. 
If that is your unique number, or identifier for the particular item 
of the book, than you could use 952p (barcode).

According to MARC21 standard copy number is number or range of numbers
of copies that have the same location and call number, so if you need
that, you could use 952t field in Koha.
