[Koha] Renewals in 3.0

I had the same problem...

I found that Koha is looking for itypes to be in all capital letters  
and my imported itypes were all lowercase.

What I did to fix this was run a mysql query to change all my itypes  
from lowercase to uppercase.

Fixed the problem for us
