[Koha] PDF error when producing more than 6 - 10 barcode labels

Version info: Koha 3.0 stable.

When generating a sheet of barcode labels with more than 6 - 10 labels,  I
get the message that the pdf file is corrupted.

Generating spine labels (simpler, no bar code) works fine.  No restriction
on number of labels.
