[Koha] Lists/Virtual Shelves not working in OPAC

 We have a similar problem with our lists (3.0). If I am working from a screen with a list of titles on it, all my lists public and private are in the dropdown box at the head of the list. However, if I get an individual record up and choose Save to your lists from the right side, only my private lists appear in the dropdown box that comes up in the popup screen and not the public lists that I created. 

It's only from the individual record screen that it doesn't work, but it would really help to have this function.

Definitely bad behavior. I'm guessing it has to do with the upgrade, but someone else will have to confirm.
