[Koha] Delhi Public Library Catalogue Goes Live with Koha 3.0

Hi All,
         Delhi Public Library using koha-3.0 with zebra searching.  By
default unicode searching is not available in koha-3.0 with zebra i have
developed this searching module specially for Delhi Public Library
