[Koha] add a new user super librarian

[WANG, Ching-Hsien]

So real patron will have no permissions set up and staff "patron" will
have various permissions set up.

All staff members are actually entered in as borrowing patrons.  So

when you add a patron you can assign the group and permissions

associated with staff members to him/her so that that Patron is now a

staff member as well.

 

I know that sounds confusing, did I answer your question?
