[Koha] Changed IP - Can't connect to mysql server

Did you

GRANT ALL ON mykoha_db_name.* to kohaadmin at 72.227.31.7

on the mysql server ?

Can you connect to the mysql server with the commandline mysql client on the
koha server ?
