[Koha] Koha Backup Restore error

Please supply the error message that you receive.  Did you use mysqldump to
create the backup you wish to load?  If so, make sure that you are loading
it under the same conditions.  Specifically, make sure that the mysql is
using the same encoding as when the file was output.
