[Koha] Online documentation for K3 alpha...

I'm currently working on writing this documentation.  It's not fit for
the web yet, but hopefully will be done in the coming month or so -
I'm just not sure where it's going to be hosted yet.  Keep an eye on
this list for an announcement.
