[Koha] urx.chr error in upgrade from 2.2 to 3.0 zebra problems

Found my own problem.  The last 30 books catalogued had the biblioitemnumber
and the biblionumber out of sync.  We had a glitch in cataloguing (cannot
reproduce it) and the biblioitemnumber got increased by 1 over the
biblionumber.  I will restore my backup, fix the datas and re-run the
scripts to move the database from 2.2.x to 3.0.
