You will see the following:

	<mailto:koha-request at lists.katipo.co.nz?subject=unsubscribe>

Checkout the URL given or send an unsubscribe email to

mailto:koha-request at lists.katipo.co.nz?subject=unsubscribe

FYI, you don't unsubscribe from a list by sending an email to the
list. Rather, you send an email to the list server, which is
koha-request at lists.katipo.co.nz.
