[Koha] OPAC language selection

I found my problem.  I still had to add a language.  Now I get 
"Languages:  | | | | es-ES  | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | 
| en | | | " in the English OPAC and something that's formatted better 
in the Spanish version.
