[Koha] Librarian Privileges

Hi,

How does one tie a librarians user ID to a specific library within
Koha? As it stands, if I create a librarian ID, they can choose which
library they want to manage. However, is there a way to tie the ID to
a specific library such that they have access to the patrons and books
within that library only?
